For the Coating:

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup regular breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
