Wrapping:
25–30 lumpia or spring roll wrappers
1 egg (beaten, for sealing)

Instructions
Prepare Filling: In a large bowl, mix ground pork, cabbage, carrots, onion, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, and black pepper.
Wrap: Lay out a wrapper, add filling, fold bottom corner, tuck in sides, and roll tightly. Seal with beaten egg.
Fry: Heat oil in a skillet, fry lumpia until golden and crisp. Drain on paper towels.
Serve: Enjoy hot with sweet chili sauce or spiced vinegar.
Notes
You can prepare and freeze lumpia before frying.
Fry twice for extra crispiness—first at lower heat, then at higher heat.
