Crescent Roll Crust:

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough

Filling:

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage (pork or turkey), cooked and crumbled
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare the crust: Unroll one can of crescent dough and press into the bottom of the dish to form a crust.
  3. Layer the ingredients: Add the cooked sausage, half of the cheese, egg mixture, and remaining cheese in layers over the crust.
  4. Top with dough: Unroll the second can of crescent dough and place over the top, sealing the seams.
  5. Bake: Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and eggs are fully set.
  6. Serve: Let cool slightly before slicing and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
