  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil: In a large pot over medium heat, sauté onion until softened. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  2. Cook chicken: Add chicken, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned.
  3. Add broth and noodles: Pour in chicken broth, add lasagna noodles, and simmer until noodles are tender.
