  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1 can (28 oz) whole peeled tomatoes
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
