1pound ground turkey
1cup chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1/2cup breadcrumbs
1/4cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1cup chicken broth
1/2cup heavy cream
1/4cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Prepare the Meatballs: In a bowl, mix together the ground turkey, cooked spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
Cook the Meatballs: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides, then remove from the skillet.
Make the Creamy Sauce: In the same skillet, whisk in flour and cook for a minute. Gradually whisk in chicken broth and cream. Simmer until thickened.
Combine: Return the meatballs to the skillet with the sauce. Simmer for a few minutes until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce is creamy.

Notes
You can use frozen spinach, just make sure to thaw and drain it well before adding to the meat mixture.
