SAUCE:

  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
