  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 (15-ounce) can sweet corn (drained)
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 ounce)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Garnish:

  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook Pasta: Cook the bowtie pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
