  • 12 oz rotini or elbow macaroni pasta

Dressing:

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Vegetables:

  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 3/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles or relish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
