  • 1 can (4 ounces) diced green chilies, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, Cotija, green chilies, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
