  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed cookies or chopped chocolate

For Coating (Optional):

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Whip the Cream: In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until fully combined and smooth. Stir in the crushed cookies or chopped chocolate.
  3. Freeze: Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch baking dish or silicone bar molds. Smooth the top and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until completely firm.
