Shrimp:

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Lemon wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Shrimp: Pat the shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook the Shrimp: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
