For the Chicken & Broccoli:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)

For the Creamy Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Tortellini and Broccoli: Cook tortellini according to package directions. Add broccoli during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
