Penne Pasta:

Chicken:

Sauce:

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Garnish:

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the Penne: Cook penne pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
