Description

Creamy Garlic Chicken Breasts is a rich and flavorful dish made with tender chicken breasts simmered in a velvety garlic cream sauce. Perfect for a comforting dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear the chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  6. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top. Simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes in olive oil, garlic, and herbs before cooking.
