Lobster Tails:

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Garnish:

  • Chopped parsley and lemon wedges for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. Prepare lobster tails: Cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise, pull the meat above the shell, and place on a baking dish.
  3. Make garlic butter sauce: Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic, add cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Cover lobster tails: Spoon the sauce over the lobster tails.
