  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

For the Pasta:

  • 12 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup reserved pasta water
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil rotini pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside, reserving 1/4 cup of pasta water.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Sauté seasoned chicken in olive oil and butter until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  3. Prepare the Sauce: Sauté garlic, then add cream, milk, and Parmesan. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  4. Combine and Serve: Add pasta, pasta water, and chicken back to the skillet. Toss to coat and heat through. Garnish with parsley.
