Creamy Sauce:

  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (1 oz) packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Additional:

  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
  • Cooked egg noodles or mashed potatoes for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare Beef: In a large skillet, sear the beef cubes in olive oil until browned. Transfer to the crockpot.
  2. Layer Ingredients: Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms over the beef in the crockpot.
  3. Mix Sauce: Whisk cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Pour over the ingredients in the crockpot.
