Calabrian Chili Paste:

1 tablespoon

Heavy Cream:

1/2 cup

Parmesan Cheese:

1/4 cup grated

Pasta Water:

1/4 cup reserved

Salt and Pepper:

Fennel fronds and extra Parmesan

Instructions
