Beef Mixture:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1pound ground beef
1 small onion (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Sauce:
1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes (drained)
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
3/4cup heavy cream
1/2cup grated Parmesan cheese
1cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Cook the Pasta: Cook the bowtie pasta according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
Add Seasonings: Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and cook for 1 minute more.
Make the Sauce: Stir in diced tomatoes and tomato sauce and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
Combine: Add the cooked pasta and mozzarella cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the pasta is coated in the sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to heat through.
Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.
