2 green onions, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp sesame oil
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
20 wonton wrappers
1 egg, beaten (for sealing)

Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper until well combined.
Place a teaspoon of the filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
Brush the edges of the wrapper with the beaten egg and fold into a triangle or desired shape, sealing tightly.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Fry the wontons in batches for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Serve warm with dipping sauce of your choice.
Notes
