Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and orange zest.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix orange juice, milk, oil, egg, and vanilla. Pour into dry ingredients and mix.
