Cranberry Bellinis

A festive twist on the classic Bellini, combining tart cranberry juice with bubbly prosecco for a bright and refreshing cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cranberry juice (100% juice, chilled)
  • 2 oz peach puree or peach nectar (chilled)
  • 4 oz prosecco or Champagne (chilled)
  • Fresh cranberries and peach slice, for garnish (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for blending)

Instructions

  1. Chill all ingredients thoroughly before making the drink.
  2. Optional: Blend cranberry juice, peach puree, and a few ice cubes for a frozen Bellini consistency.
  3. If not blending, pour cranberry juice and peach puree into a chilled Champagne flute.
  4. Slowly top with prosecco, pouring gently to preserve bubbles.
  5. Stir gently, if desired, to combine.
  6. Garnish with a few fresh cranberries and/or a peach slice on the rim.
  7. Serve immediately while chilled and sparkling.

Notes

  • Use sparkling wine like prosecco or Champagne based on your preference and budget.
  • Adjust peach puree amount to taste for sweeter or more tart flavor.
  • Substitute peach puree with peach schnapps for an extra kick.
  • Create a non-alcoholic version by substituting prosecco with sparkling water or soda.
  • Make a pitcher by multiplying ingredients and adding last-minute prosecco for sparkle.
