Pasta:

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni or small pasta shells

Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Salad:

  • 1 cup imitation crab meat, chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill or parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Boil pasta in salted water, drain, and cool.
  2. Make the Dressing: Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Toss pasta with dressing, crab meat, celery, red onion, green bell pepper, and herbs.
