Ingredients

Salmon Fillets:

4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless, about 6 oz each)

Seafood Stuffing:

1/2 cup cooked shrimp (chopped), 1/2 cup lump crab meat, 1/4 cup cream cheese (softened), 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 garlic clove (minced), 2 tablespoons chopped green onions, 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste, 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare the stuffing: In a medium bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, Dijon mustard, garlic, green onions, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  3. Prepare the salmon: Make a horizontal pocket in each salmon fillet. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff the salmon: Fill each salmon pocket with the seafood mixture. Drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Bake: Bake the stuffed salmon for 18–20 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Serve: Serve warm with lemon wedges or over your favorite sides.

Notes

  • You can prepare the stuffing mixture up to a day in advance and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Substitute Greek yogurt for mayo if preferred.
