  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Cowboy Butter: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, chili powder, oregano, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
