Pizza Dough:
1 can (13.9 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
Cream Cheese Filling:
4ounces cream cheese (softened)
1/4cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Oreo Topping:
1cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
2 tablespoons butter (melted)
Glaze:
1/2cup powdered sugar
2–3 tablespoons milk
Instructions
Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Mix Cream Cheese Filling: In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
Roll and Fill Dough: Unroll the pizza dough and spread the cream cheese mixture over it. Sprinkle with crushed cookies.
Roll and Slice: Roll the dough tightly, slice into rolls, and place in the baking dish.
Bake: Brush the rolls with melted butter and bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
Prepare Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar and milk for the glaze.
Glaze and Serve: Drizzle the warm rolls with glaze once baked. Serve warm.
Notes
You can use crescent roll dough as a substitute for pizza dough.
For added crunch, sprinkle more crushed cookies on top after baking.
