Brownie:
1/2cup unsalted butter, melted
1cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon red food coloring
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
8 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
Cream Cheese Swirl:
4ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar. Add eggs, food coloring, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
Add Dry Ingredients: Sift in cocoa powder, then stir in flour and salt until just combined. Fold in half of the crushed cookies.
Layer Batter: Spread batter in the pan.
Prepare Cream Cheese Swirl: Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Drop spoonfuls over batter and swirl. Sprinkle remaining cookies.
Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes. Cool before slicing.
