For the Chicken:
2pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
For the Sauce:
10.5ounces cream of chicken soup
4cups low-sodium chicken broth
1cup milk
1 small onion, diced
2 celery stalks, sliced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and black pepper to taste
Additional Ingredients:
12ounces egg noodles
2 tablespoons butter
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken in the crock pot.
Add the Sauce: Combine cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, milk, onion, celery, and seasonings. Pour over the chicken.
Cook: Cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until chicken is cooked.
Shred the Chicken: Remove chicken, shred, and return to the pot.
Add Noodles: Stir in egg noodles and butter. Cook for 20–30 minutes until noodles are tender.
Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

You can use cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup for variety.
