Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together peanut butter, collagen peptides, almond milk, and coconut oil until smooth.
- Stir in the sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Once combined, fold in the chopped peanuts.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a lined baking dish, pressing it down to form a uniform layer.
- In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the sugar-free dark chocolate, stirring every 20 seconds until fully melted and smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture, smoothing it out with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until the bars are set.
- Once set, cut the mixture into bars and store them in an airtight container in the fridge.

- For a richer flavor, you can use sugar-free milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate.
