  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare muffin tin: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, mix melted butter, Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  4. Prepare streusel topping: Mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
