Glaze (optional):
1/2cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoons milk

Instructions
Preheat oven and prepare muffin tin: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, mix melted butter, Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Prepare streusel topping: Mix flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
Fill muffin liners: Fill liners halfway with batter, add streusel, top with more batter and streusel.
