  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (13.5 oz) can full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 cup whole milk (or almond milk for dairy-free)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Toppings:

Instructions
