Ingredients

Cream Cheese Mixture:

1 cup powdered sugar

Coconut Pudding Mixture:

1 package (3.4 ounces) instant coconut cream pudding mix
1 1/2 cups cold milk

Additional Ingredients:

1 cup sweetened shredded coconut, toasted
1 cup whipped topping
Extra toasted coconut for garnish
Vanilla wafers or graham crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Cream Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Coconut Pudding Mixture: In another bowl, whisk together coconut cream pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
