1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/3cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk melted butter, oil, and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, whisk until thick and pale.
