Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the rotini pasta until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain the pasta and rinse under cold water to stop cooking and cool it down.
- Prepare Vegetables: While the pasta cooks, halve the cherry tomatoes and shred the lettuce to get them ready for mixing.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, mix together the cooled rotini pasta, diced turkey, crumbled crispy bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded lettuce, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Make Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and mustard until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
