Creamy Base:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing

Cheesy Goodness:

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese, divided

Signature Fillings:

  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and squeezed dry
  • 8 ounces corned beef, chopped

For Serving:

  • Rye bread or crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Thousand Island dressing, 1 cup Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and corned beef. Mix well.
  3. Transfer to Baking Dish: Transfer the mixture to a greased 1-quart baking dish.
  4. Add Cheese: Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of Swiss cheese.
  5. Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve: Serve warm with rye bread slices or crackers.

Notes

  • For a smoky twist, add a pinch of smoked paprika to the mixture.
  • You can also make this dip in a slow cooker on low for 2–3 hours.
