  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Topping:

  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the meatloaf mixture: In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs and milk. Let them soak for 5 minutes. Add ground beef, eggs, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, thyme, and parsley. Mix until just combined.
