Streusel Topping and Filling:
1/2cup light brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch or 8×8-inch baking pan.
Prepare Streusel: In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Set aside.
