  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved
  • 1 apple, diced (optional)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, and maraschino cherries.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows and shredded coconut, mixing gently.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the sour cream and whipped heavy cream, then fold into the fruit mixture until well combined.
  4. If desired, add diced apple and nuts, then gently fold them into the salad.
