Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the baking sheet: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the cinnamon sugar coating: In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Shape the biscuit bites: Cut each biscuit into quarters, then roll each piece into a ball.
