For the Biscuit Bites:
1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
1/2cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/4cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Glaze (Optional):
1/2cup powdered sugar
1–2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
Preheat the oven and prepare the baking sheet: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the cinnamon sugar coating: In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
Shape the biscuit bites: Cut each biscuit into quarters, then roll each piece into a ball.
Coat the bites: Dip each ball in the melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
Bake: Place coated bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Cool and glaze: Let the bites cool slightly. For the optional glaze, whisk together powdered sugar and milk until smooth, then drizzle over the bites.
Notes
These bites are best served warm.
