Cinnamon Swirl:

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare muffin tin: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Prepare batter: In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix until just combined.
