Cake Base:

  • 1 box vanilla or white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg

Filling:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Glaze:

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk (or more for desired consistency)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. Prepare the base: Mix cake mix, melted butter, and egg in a bowl to form a dough. Press two-thirds of the dough into the pan.
  3. Add filling: Combine brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over the dough. Drizzle with condensed milk, then add pecans and chocolate chips.
  4. Bake: Top with remaining dough, bake for 25–30 minutes until golden. Let cool.
