1 box vanilla or white cake mix
1/2cup unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg
Filling:
1/2cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2cup chopped pecans (optional)
1/2cup white chocolate chips
Glaze:
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk (or more for desired consistency)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan.
Prepare the base: Mix cake mix, melted butter, and egg in a bowl to form a dough. Press two-thirds of the dough into the pan.
Add filling: Combine brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over the dough. Drizzle with condensed milk, then add pecans and chocolate chips.
Bake: Top with remaining dough, bake for 25–30 minutes until golden. Let cool.
Make glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Drizzle over cooled bars.
Notes
