Instructions

  1. Cut each slice of bread into 3-4 sticks.
  2. In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  3. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
  4. Dip each bread stick into the egg mixture, coating all sides.
