  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

For Coating:

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the dough: Cream butter and sugar, add egg and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients separately and combine with wet mixture to form dough.
  3. Make the filling: Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla for the cheesecake filling.
