Sugar Cookie Truffles:
2cups crushed sugar cookies (homemade or store-bought)
4ounces cream cheese (softened)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Coating and Decoration:
1cup white chocolate chips or white candy melts
Holiday sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
Prepare the Truffle Mixture: Place the crushed sugar cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form. Add the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract, pulse again until the mixture comes together in a dough-like consistency.
Shape the Truffles: Scoop and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill in the refrigerator for 30–45 minutes until firm.
Coat the Truffles: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, let the excess drip off, then place back on the baking sheet.
Decorate: Immediately top with holiday sprinkles before the coating sets. Refrigerate until the chocolate is firm.
Notes
These truffles can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Try using flavored sugar cookies like vanilla or cinnamon for a fun twist.
