Ingredients

Units Scale

Cranberry Juice Mixture:

  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Additional Ingredients:

  • 2 cups lemon-lime soda (such as Sprite or 7UP)
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • Ice for blending
  • Fresh cranberries and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Sugar Syrup: In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl or freezer-safe container, combine cranberry juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and the cooled sugar syrup. Stir well.
  3. Freeze Mixture: Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally to create a slushy texture.
  4. Serve: Scoop the frozen mixture into glasses and top each with lemon-lime soda. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with fresh cranberries and mint leaves before serving.

Notes

  • For a more intense flavor, allow the slush to thaw slightly before serving.
  • You can enhance the color by adding a splash of pomegranate juice.
