  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20)
  • 1/2 cup yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Additional Ingredients:

  • 6 slices American cheese or cheddar
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
  • Chopped pickles, shredded lettuce, and sliced tomatoes for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions until browned. Add ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Prepare Buns: Slice buns in half and arrange bottom halves in a baking dish.
