For the Cheeseburger Mixture:
1pound ground beef (80/20)
1/2cup yellow onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Additional Ingredients:
6 slices American cheese or cheddar
12 slider buns
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Chopped pickles, shredded lettuce, and sliced tomatoes for topping
Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook Beef: In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions until browned. Add ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
Prepare Buns: Slice buns in half and arrange bottom halves in a baking dish.
Assemble Sliders: Spread cheeseburger mixture over buns, top with cheese, pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes. Cover with bun tops.
