  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Melt Chocolate: Place chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Heat cream and milk until simmering, then pour over chocolate. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Prepare Custard Mixture: Whisk egg yolks, sugar, vanilla, and salt. Slowly whisk in warm chocolate mixture.
  4. Strain and Divide: Strain custard and divide among ramekins. Place in a water bath and bake.
  5. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 30–35 minutes until set. Chill before serving.
