Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter, softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
