3 large eggs (separated)

1 and 1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
To make the mousse: Melt the chocolate and butter together, whisk in egg yolks, beat egg whites to stiff peaks, whip cream with vanilla, fold all together. Refrigerate.
